Celluma light panels may have a positive impact on your health and beauty. However, as with all skincare treatments, there is a possibility of unintended effects, which can vary based on individual skin type, health conditions, medications and sensitivities. To ensure your safety and minimize any risks, we ask that you carefully read the information below and sign at the bottom.

Celluma LED light panel contraindications

• Do not placed panels over areas known to have active cancer.
• Do not use over the stomach or breast of women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not use if you have a history of epilepsy or seizures.
• Do not use if you are taking cortisone injections or any other kind of steroid injection.
• Do not use if you are taking photosensitizing drugs (see list below).

Medicines that may cause temporary photosensitivity

• Chlorpromazine (Anti-psychotic), also know as Thorazine, Chlorpromazine HcL, Sonazine. Client can be treated if the medication has not been taken within the last 8 days.
• Griseofulvin (Anti-Fungal), also known as Grifulvin V, Fulvicin P/G, Gris-Peg. Client can be treated if the medication has not been taken within the last five days.
• Isotretinoin (Anti-Acne), also know as Accutane. The client can be treated if the medication has not been taken within the last six months.
• Tetracycline’s (antibiotic) also known as Helidac, Terra-Cortril, Terramycin, Sumycin, Tetracycline HcL, Bristacycline, Achromycin V, Actisite, Tetrex, Doxycycline, Ciprofloxacin. Client can be treated if the medication has not been taken within the last five days.
• Methotrexate (Anti-Arthritis & Anti-Cancer), also known as Methotrexate Sodium, PF & LPF, Mexate-AQ, Folex, Trexall. Client can be treated if the medicine has not been taken within the last three days.
• Amiodarone (Anti-Arrythmic), also known as Amiodarone Codarone x, Pacerone. Treatment can be administered at the physician’s discretion. 

The Light Lounge™ by Faces is a self service facility. So, we ask that when using our Light Lounge™ you agree to the following rules so that all of our Light Loungers have a positive experience. 

• I agree to use the light panels as they are intended to be used by not folding, creasing or crimping the panels beyond their design capabilities. The panels should not be curved inward to a point where the curve is smaller than 6”. Do not curve outward.
• I agree to not lie on top of or place weight on the panels.
• I will sterilize the panels (front and back) including cords and the controllers with Cavicide sterilizing wipes at the end of my session.
• I will sterilize the bed with a Cavicide wipe before I leave.
• I will sterilize the products on the vanity with a Cavicide wipe before I leave.
• I will place my trash in the wastebasket.
• I will place my laundry in the laundry bin.
• I will make sure that the Light Lounge™ is in neat, clean orderly condition exactly as it was when I entered before leaving my session.
• I understand that I have a total of 60 minutes for my Light Lounge™ session. This allows me to get changed, have my 30-minute treatment, clean and get dressed. The light panels will automatically shut off after 30 minutes. 
• I will close the door when I leave and ensure that it is locked.
