To ensure the most accurate InBody results, please: (recommended, not required)
- Try to ensure you are well hydrated for 24 hours before your test.
- Be prepared to remove shoes AND socks during test.
- Be prepared to sanitize feet with an alcohol wipe.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled test and be prepared to stand while waiting (this helps redistribute body fluids and insures the most accurate results)
- Refrain from eating or exercise for 3 hours before your test.
- Refrain from consuming alcohol or more than 1 cup of coffee within 24 hours of your test.
- Refrain from using a sauna for 24 before testing.
- Refrain from applying lotion or ointment before your test.
- Do not test if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker.
- The test results may be skewed if you are menstruating, have silicon or metal implants, or have been on a low carb diet.
