I assume responsibility for any events that occur in connection with my fostering of an animal for Rescue Me Animal Advocacy. I understand the possibility of my children or others
being bitten, scratched, or contracting disease does exist. I agree to be responsible for my children and anyone else handling any animal(s) fostered by me in a safe and hygienic
manner, and will not hold Rescue Me Animal Advocacy responsible for any injuries that may result from my failure to do so. I AGREE TO NOTIFY A Rescue Me Animal Advocacy REPRESENTATIVE IMMEDIATELY OF ANY BITES OR BAD SCRATCHES that occur to any person or animal while any foster animal is in my care. I understand that Rescue Me Animal
Advocacy cannot and does not make any representations or warranties, either expressed or implied concerning the temperament, habits, health, pedigree, disposition, age, sex or background of this animal and that I have no right to a reimbursement of medical, adoption or other professional fees. Furthermore, I understand that the animal’s future reactions to me, my family or any other person are completely unpredictable because animals, like people, have their own personalities. In consideration of receiving any Rescue Me Animal Advocacy foster animal, I, as a foster caregiver, hereby release Rescue Me Animal Advocacy, its officers, agents and employees from all claims of injury or damage that a fostered dog/cat/other may cause me or my property. I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Rescue Me Animal Advocacy, it’s officers, agents and employees from any and all claims
of liability to other people for injuries or damage arising out of or in connection with services of this program or caused to them or their property by the animal(s) I am fostering through Rescue Me Animal Advocacy.

I understand that while I am fostering an animal for Rescue Me Animal Advocacy (RMAA), I agree not to foster for any other individual, rescue, or shelter at the same time. This policy is in place for liability, insurance, and safety reasons, and to ensure that each foster animal in my care receives the full attention, supervision, and resources necessary.

RESCUE ME ANIMAL ADVOCACY MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR PROMISE TO THE AGE, HEALTH, BREED, HABITS, DISPOSITION OR SAFETY OF THE ANIMAL. I HEREBY ACCEPT THE ANIMAL AS IS, ASSUME THIS INFORMATION IS SIMPLY A RESOURCE AND SHOULD ALWAYS BE REVIEWED BY YOUR ATTORNEY TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND STATE LAWS. I ACCEPT ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE FOSTERING OF THE ANIMAL, INCLUDING BITES, AND I HEREBY FULLY AND COMPLETELY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS RESCUE ME ANIMAL ADVOCACY, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, SERVANTS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY CLAIM, CAUSE OF ACTION OR LIABILITY OF ANY SORT OR NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CARE OR OWNERSHIP, MAINTENANCE, TEMPERAMENT OR CONDITION OF THE ANIMAL.
