Tryouts for novice are on Saturday the 14th of December at 4pm - 5pm. Tryouts will be held in Unit 13, 25 Frenchs Forest Rd E, Frenchs Forest. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before you allotted time.

- 3 Standing Back handspring
- Jump to Back handspring or Back handspring series (2 minimum)
- Back handspring/Toe touch/Back Handspring series (2 minimum)
- Back handspring step out/Back handspring series (2 minimum)
Running Tumbling
- Side aerial.
- Punch front tuck.
- Round off/Back tuck.
- Round off/ Back Handspring/Back tuck.
- Front handspring step put/Round off/Back handspring/Back Tuck.
- Round off/Back handspring series/ Back tuck.
Level 4

Standing tumbling
- Standing Back tuck.
- Back handspring/Back tuck.
- 2 Back handspring/Back tuck.
- Jump/Back handspring/Back tuck.
- Onodi (Optional).
Running Tumbling
- Cartwheel/Back tuck.
- Round off/Layout.
- Round off/ Back handspring/ Layout.
- Punch front step out/Round off/Back handspring/Layout.
- Specialty pass (including whip, X out, Layout step out).
Level 5

Standing tumbling
- Jump back tuck.
- Jump back handspring series to layout.
- Back handspring series/whip/back handsprings series to lay out (layout step out/X out).
Running Tumbling
- Round off/Full.
- Round off/Back Handspring/Full.
- Punch front step out/round off/Back handspring/Full.
