POLICIES

Please read the following carefully and completely and sign the document before proceeding to the questionnaire.
- All inquiries must be submitted via this Jotform to be considered and approved. I am more than happy to answer any questions, comments or concerns via other channels; however, there will be no forward movement without a Jotform submission.
- All project pricing will be subject to the specific project type and level of complexity.
- A deposit of half of the total commission price is due upfront. There are absolutely no exceptions. Your project will not be started until your deposit is paid.
- There will be NO deposit refunds on commissions once they have been started.
- After your deposit is paid, you will be provided an initial sketch for approval in order to move forward with your project. This will be considered the checkpoint in the process of creating your commission.
- Modifications requested during the checkpoint will be done free of charge.
- All modifications requested after said checkpoint are subject to incur a $25 revision fee.
- You will not receive your finalized project until your entire balance is paid in full.
- Each project will be provided with 3 files. (1) white background, (1) background color of client choice and (1) transparent background.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for your inquiry to be reviewed and answered.
- The standard turn around time for a commission is 5-7 days.
- ALL rushed commissions will incur a $50 rush fee. (The turn around time on a rushed commission is 48 to 72 hours.)
- ALL immediate turn around commissions will incur a $75-100 fee, dependent on the nature and complexity of the project. (The turn around for this option is 24-36 hours.)
