    • For items collected from our Experience Center, members are required to check and verify the items at the time of collection. We shall not be held liable for any discrepancies once the collection process is completed.

  • Faulty Diffuser

    • Faulty diffusers must be reported within 1 year from the date of receipt.
    • After 1 year, we will not be able to provide a resolution for faulty product claims.
    • Please ensure that you have completed all troubleshooting steps before submitting the form.
