2025 Fall Pensacola Food Truck Fest Saturday November 15th from 11 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. We will have food trucks, vendors, live entertainment and a bounce house for the kids.
APPLICATION PROCESS
We will accept food truck and craft vendor’s applications until October 10th 2025 as long as we are not full. Full payment is due immediately to guarantee spot and paid online. If you are a direct vendor, please email us so we don't have duplicate direct vendors. No refunds if you cancel. If the weather looks like it will be mostly rain that day we will try to reschedule. We also will be having a culinary competition. We need to know which food trucks can prepare 30 bite size items of either a meal or dessert. We will have 1st 2nd and 3rd place winners.
BOOTH DESCRIPTION: Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event as selected by fest management. This space will be provided a week before the event. You must be set up by 10:00 AM. No Exceptions. Food Trucks set up time begins at 7:30 and no later than 8:30 AM. Food trucks will pull in and we will line you up right behind each truck. We will try to make sure there are no duplicate food trucks next to each other. Some food trucks sell similar items so we do our best to space you out.
TENT VENDOR FEES:
$150.00 for a 12’X12’ space for tent vendors. You will need to supply your own tent, table and weights for your tent. Double Space $225. $25 if Electricity needed.
FOOD TRUCK VENDOR FEES:
$225 FOOD TRUCK VENDOR FEE. ONLY TRUCKS AND TRAILERS.
POWER: Vendor must bring 100 feet of an extension cord if power is needed for tent vendors. Tent vendors are to supply their own pigtail adaptor for the power box, if you pay for power. Food Trucks must have generators.

Additional Rules and Regulations:
ANY VENDOR CAUGHT SELLING ALCOHOL IS GROUNDS FOR EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
Vendors must follow all city, county, state, and federal laws to include any licenses or permits needed to operate during the event.
Each vendor is responsible for their own sales tax (Okaloosa County)
Nothing is allowed to be given away as an inducement to patrons without prior written approval from Apex Shows and Events LLC. There are no refunds due to inclement weather. No refunds at all if you can't make it. If we have inclement weather we will try to reschedule the event date and let you know as soon as possible. If you can't make it, we will allow you to replace your spot but your replacement will have to pay you for it and you notify us.
- Vendors will not be allowed to leave the Fest and breakdown till 7:00 PM when the event is over on November 15th. If leaving early you will not be invited back to our event.
