GTIFL Performance/Co-Commentator Agreement

Event Details: Artist's will be allotted a 5 min set during each Halftime of the 2 schedules games as well as opportunity to Co-Commentate throughout the event evening

Event Name:

GTIFL Halftime Shows and Co-Commentator

Date: Alloted Saturday.

Location: 1132 Invicta Drive Oakville Ontario

• The Artist hereby agrees to serve as the co-commentator for both games scheduled and as a performer at both half time shows. 
• The Artist will perform 1 song or a set no longer then 5 minutes during each half-time break of the games. The set must be sent to gtifl7ive@gmail.com no later then 1 week before performance so the GTIFL can review Artist's set and make sure it fits I to the allotted 5 minutes and radio edit requirements.
• The GTIFL is responsible for providing the Artist with team rosters and the names of sponsors that the Artist should shout out during the live stream. This information should be given to the Artist by 6:00 pm on the event date.
• The GTIFL will ensure that a clean and safe workspace is provided for the Artist to carry out their duties during the event. The appropriate sound equipment will also be provided by the GTIFL which includes speakers and microphones in working condition.

The GTIFL will also provide the Artist with video footage from the live performance in addition to the live stream footage.

In signing this agreement, the artist waves all copyright claims and gives permission to the GTIFL to use the artists pictures likeness and music for post promoting the date when the artist is booked to perform. The artist also gives permission to the GTIFL to stream, record and post on any platforms they choose before and after the performance date.

Any changes to the agreed terms must be mutually discussed and approved by both parties in writing no later than one week prior to performance date.

The Artist agrees to give the GTIFL a minimum of 48 hours notice if they can not attend their performance date. Because the GTIFL and affiliates will be promoting the artist as a performer on the date above, if the artist does not notify the GTIFL within the 48 hours required the artist agrees to pay a $50 absence fee.

The Artist is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout the event and should any issue arise discuss with the management team of the GTIFL as needed. Any damage done to performance equipment (microphones) will be cover by the artist

The GTIFL will not provide financial compensation or cover any expenses related to the Artist's participation in the event at or at the event.

The Artist is responsible for any damages, conflicts or interruptions cause by their personal guest or entourage and agree to work with the GTIFL to resolve such issues if they arise.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Performance Agreement.
