    Proud Events is excited to announce that Bristol Harbour Festival will take place over the weekend of Friday 18th - Sunday 20th July 2025 across the Bristol Harbourside. The festival has been running for over 50 years and remains one of Bristol’s largest FREE events. This year our aim is to put the city and the harbour at the fore-front of the event with a jam packed programme of talent from Bristol and the South West.     Venues & Trading Hours

    The Amphitheatre, Millennium Square & Anchor Square: Friday 18:00 - 22:00, Saturday 11:00 - 22:00, Sunday 11:00 - 20:00.

    Queen Square: Saturday 11:00 - 22:00, Sunday 11:00 - 20:00.                      

    College Green (Family Area): Saturday 11:00 - 18:00, Sunday 11:00 - 18:00.  

    Narrow Quay: Friday 18:00 - 22:00, Saturday 11:00 - 22:00, Sunday 11:00 - 20:00

    Please Note you are not permitted to retail alcohol without written confirmation from the festival organiser.

    If you have more than one trader please complete a separate application form for each one.

      

    Timeline

    Initial expressions of interest will run until the 28th February 2025. Offers will be made following this date. 

    The expressions of interest deadline may be continued into the Spring of 2025 depending on if there are still positions available. 

     

    Payment


    If confirmed, a 50% deposit of your full payment (pitch fee + power + waste bond) will be due on confirmation. The balance will be due no later than Friday 28th March 2025.
