WAIVER AND PERMISSION AGREEMENT

Agreement;

(the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date and signing of this agreement by and between the:

 

Greater Toronto Indoor Football League (GTIFL), with a principal place of business at 1132 Invicta Drive Oakville Ontario, and the undersigned Artist 

WHEREAS; 

The GTIFL seeks to enhance its game experience and online game streaming by including Canadian artists or Producers music during games, which will be streamed live on its official YouTube channel from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on game night and uploaded to the GTIFL Youtube page. 

WHEREAS;

The Artist or Producer wishes to grant the GTIFL permission to stream their music during these games, if the Artist or Producer is registered correctly with SOCAN they will be paid by SOCAN accordingly;

NOW, THEREFORE;, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

#1. Grant Permission

The Artist or Producer hereby grants the GTIFL the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to stream their music live during GTIFL games on Youtube and to post video's of the game night for all time. 

 

 

#2. Streaming Schedule

The Live streaming will occur during specified games, including but not limited

to the home opener on November 30, 2024. A detailed schedule of games is

available on the GTIFL website.

#3 Artist's/Producer's Responsibilities

The Artist and Producer agrees to deliver high-quality radio edited audio recordings of their music suitable for streaming, in mp3 format. Music can be sent all throughout the season.

#4. Compensation

The GTIFL is not offering any compensate to any Artist or Producer directly for any songs streamed.

 

#5 Liability Waiver.

The Artist/Producer waives any and all claims against the GTIFL, its affiliates, employees, and agents for any damages arising from the streaming of their music during the games and thereafter, including but not limited to copyright claims.

#6 Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all songs sent to gtifl7ive@gmail.com will be removed from the streaming schedule.

#7 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
