Gifts On the Green Vendor Pop-Up Agreement
Welcome to Gifts On the Green! We are excited to offer you this wonderful way to sell your goods. Your Pop Up Opportunity awaits you from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm on your approved date. Set up is allowed for 45 minutes prior and pack up is allowed for 45 minutes afterward. Once approved for your Pop-Up, you will be provided a website link to pay a holding fee of $50.00 for your date that will be reimbursed after the event. Please note this fee will not be returned if you cancel or change your Pop-Up date, as your reservation prevents others from locking in this opportunity. All sales for your special day will be received via the Gifts On the Green point-of-sale system and paid out at the end of the day. Your focus will be on selling and our staff will ring it all out! GOTG will retain 25% of pop-up sales for offering the space to you, dedicating our staff person to customer check outs, paying sales taxes and fees, and will even help you market your event. Keep in mind Gifts On the Green, nor its staff members or customers, are responsible for damages to your products or displays.
