The Ace Moto Show is a weekend long celebration of custom motorcycles and moto art. Featuring custom built and modified motorcycles of every brand, shape, and size. Let's celebrate the hard work and imagination of the Vancouvers motorcycle community.

Join us as a vendor and be a part of the action!

Vendors will need to be available both Saturday and Sunday. The show hours are expected to be 11 AM to 6 PM. Vendor booths should be fully set up and ready to go by 11 AM.  

Fees: $250.00 + GST for a 10x10 space

By submitting your merchandise for consideration in the Ace Moto Show, you grant Ace Moto Show the right to photograph, film, and record your products during the submission process, event, and any related promotional activities. You agree that these images, videos, and recordings may be used by Ace Moto Show for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, including but not limited to event advertising, print materials, and online content, without further compensation or notification.

You affirm that you own the rights to your merchandise and any designs, logos, or artwork associated with it, and that all necessary permissions for any third-party content have been obtained.

By submitting your merchandise, you acknowledge and agree to this photo release. If you do not wish for your products to be photographed or recorded, please inform us prior to the event.
