  • By submitting your motorcycle for consideration in our event, you grant Ace Moto Show the right to photograph, film, and record your motorcycle and its features during the submission process, event, and any related promotional activities. You agree that these images, videos, and recordings may be used by Ace Moto Show for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, including but not limited to event advertising, print materials, and online content, without compensation or notification.

    You affirm that you own the rights to your motorcycle and any modifications, and that all necessary permissions for any third-party content (such as artwork, logos, etc.) displayed on your bike have been obtained.

    By submitting your motorcycle, you acknowledge and agree to this photo release. If you do not wish for your motorcycle to be photographed or recorded, please let us know prior to the event.
