In order to coordinate services on a day-to-day basis, Albuquerque Youth Transport LLC requires clients communicate by phone and by text message (SMS). The need for SMS communication is sporadic, but vital. On average AYT sends three or fewer automated texts per week. Most texting from the AYT phone line is non-automated communication between the dispatcher and the recipient, directly coordinating transportation. These messages do not exceed 30 per week and are typically fewer. For the safety of children and expediency of transportation, all clients must agree to receive communication through text message. You can opt out of texts and transportation services at any time by texting "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the AYT phone number of 505-344-5180. Message and data rates may apply to text communication. Text "HELP" for assistance with our texting policies or services.
