Season Campground Guest Instructions (Step-by-Step)
Register Your Guests:
Before arrival, season campers must complete this form to register their guests. Only registered guests can access the season campgrounds.
Arrival and Check-In:
Upon arriving at the festival, your guests should first proceed to the Solutions Tent at the Eastern Bloc. There, they will check in, have their names confirmed, and receive
a festival wristband and additional wristband for season campground access. Please note, without the additional access wristband received by the team at Solutions, your guest/s will not be able to access the season campgrounds.
Transportation to the Campground:
Guests will take a shuttle from the Eastern Bloc Transit Lounge to the season campgrounds. To maintain the special environment of season camping, vehicles are not permitted in the campground. Alternatively, you may like to collect your guest from the Eastern Bloc in your vehicle.
If your overnight guest plans to camp in their vehicle at your campsite, this option will not work for you, as thier vehicle is not permitted in the season campgrounds.
Setting Up at the Campsite:
Guests must camp within your allocated space, such as inside your van, tent, or awning. The setup must fit comfortably within your designated area without adding extra tents or vans.
Multi-Night Stays (If Applicable):
For guests staying multiple nights, wristbands for the following day can be collected at the Happy Campers Office in the season campgrounds. This office operates daily from December 28 to January 1, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Returning to the Eastern Bloc:
Regular season camping shuttles run on December 26, 27, and January 2. On other days, guests can return to the Eastern Bloc using a shuttle at 10:30 AM or 11:30 AM. The pick-up point is at the southern end of Butterfly Walk.
Day Ticket Visitors:
Guests with a day-with-camping ticket and pre-approved names can visit your campsite. Family or friends must have a with-camping ticket to access season camping.
