  • I, Understand that I will be referred to as 'The client' throughout this form.

  • The client understands that by using the MyPetWalker application that it is the clients responsibility to keep all the information up to date including but not limited to the health condition of my dog, any behavioural and medical changes, flea, worming and vaccs details and all my personal details.
  • The client understand that my dog whilst with K9 Playtime will do a range of activities. This is where dogs commingle in groups and the client accepts that during the course of normal dog play their dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, however scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision. including but not limited to dog free play, play fighting, agility, playing with toys, playing out in our enclosed field, playing in our enclosed toilet area, all of which are potential for injuries. With my understanding the client accepts that K9 Playtime holds no responsibility for any vet fees that could occur through any injuries caused.
  • The client understands that we have a 48 cancellation policy. If the client cancel daycare with less than 48 hours notice the client will be required full payment before the clients dog will be able to attend to our daycare.
  • The client understands that when collecting and/or dropping off their dog that they must follow our 1 way system, our 5MPH speed limit & our following instructions: 1.) Park your car outside of day care and stay remaining in your car. 2.) Call 07342984948 to say you're here 3.)Remain in your car, a member of staff will come out to you. Once they're at your car, you're then welcome to get out your car to get your dog out ( or K9 Playtime are happy to get the dog) DO NOT knock on the door or enter.

  • The client understands that bitches in season can't come into day care / home boarding. DAYCARE: If we notice your bitch in season you will be called and your dog will be placed into our isolation unit until you're able to collect. The clients bitch must stay at home for a minimum of 14 days or until their season has finished. K9 Playtime can not be held responsible for any injuries or pregnancies that may occur should you send your dog into daycare/homeboarding in season. Dogs are monitored at all time and if we notice your dog is in season your dog will need to be collected immediately
  • The Client agrees to take any necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their pet iscontinuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. The Client furtheragrees to notify K9 Playtime immediately of any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditionstheir dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are notlimited to: Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough, Parvovirus, Corona virus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas,Pregnancy, Infectious Skin Diseases and Intestinal Parasites and all other contagious diseases for petsin general. K9 Playtime reserves the right to refuse until satisfied that the condition is resolved.
  • If the Clients pet is taken sick or injured while under the care of K9 Playtime they will notify the Client at the earliest convenience using whatever method is available to take instructions or guidance. In the event of K9 Playtime not being able to contact the Client, or in an emergency situation, K9Playtime shall seek out medical attention from a vet. The Client is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their pet receives while under the care of K9 Playtime, together with any associated costs e.g. call-out charges. The Client authorises K9 Playtime to seek such veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by the Client’s usual/preferred vet, but this cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in an emergency) and the Client accepts that K9 Playtime may at their discretion to use any registered vet. The Client agrees to pay all such costs immediately.
  • The Client agrees to notify K9 Playtime immediately if their pet has any unwelcome changes ofbehaviour which could lead to aggression and or injury to themselves or others. K9 Playtime reservesthe right to refuse any dog /pet deemed in their absolute discretion to be, or have the potential tobe, dangerous or disruptive.
  • The Client accepts that even if their dog has been treatment against Kennel Coughthere is a chance that their dog can still contract Kennel Cough. The Client agrees that they will nothold K9 Playtime responsible if their dog contracts Kennel Cough while with K9 Playtime.
  • The Client agrees K9 Playtime is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged pet equipment. K9Playtime will use best endeavours to make sure that items are treated respectfully and returned to the Client where applicable.
  • The client agrees that if their dog receives the kennel cough vaccination that they will keep the dog away from K9 Playtime for a minimum of 14 days from the day of the vaccination.
  • The client must keep K9 Playtime up to date with anyallergy information. K9 Playtime does give treats to dogs that are allowed, It is the clients responsibility to update K9 Playtime and their dogs profile on MyPetWalker with any allergy information.
  • K9 Playtime opening hours are 7:00am - 18:00pm Monday to Friday. The clients accepts that there are late fees involved for collection after 18:00pm. Any dog being collected between 18:00pm and 18:15pm is an additional £5 per dog. Any dog being collected between 18:15pm-18:30pm is £10 per dog. Anything after this time to dog will be taken back to Rebecca Mardell ( the owner of K9 Playtime ) property where the dog will be available to be collected from 19:00pm and a late charge is applied at £15 per hour, per dog from 18:30pm.
  • The Client agrees to pay in full to K9 Playtime for any additional fees for providing emergency care, as well as anyexpenses incurred for, without limitation, unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food or supplieson proof of a valid receipt.
  • The client understands their dog/dogs needs to be kept up to date with vaccination boosters or an in date titre test. The client understands that proof must be uploaded to MyPetWalker.
  • The client understands that K9 Playtime reserve the right to dismiss a client for whatever reason they deem as necessary.
  • The client understands that they must not bring their dog into daycare if they have been fed less than 60 minutes prior to bringing them in. Bloat is a serious, life threatening incident that should be taken seriously.
  • The client understands that whilst K9 Playtime do allow you to bring food in for your dog for meal times, that you only do so if necessary. Your dog will be kept either in a crate, kennel or separate room for 60 minutes after each meal to try and prevent bloat or sickness.
  • The client understands that all dogs being exercised must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm control regime. In the event of a pet having a contagious illness or disease which has not been disclosed, the Client may be liable for the costs of treatment given to other animals which become infected.
  • The client understands that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that K9 Playtime is fully aware of any healthissues that your pet is experiencing, or has suffered in the past. K9 Playtime cannot be held liablefor any actions or omissions which result in problems or complications for anything not disclosed.
  • The client understands that their dog will be off lead whilst in the enclosed dog field. Whilst the field is kept as safe as possible with 7ft fencing the whole way around, K9 Playtime do not accept any responsibility for if a dog attempts and successfully jumps over the fencing.
  • The client understands that payments are either pre pay via bank transfer or cash upon dropping off the morning of the booking. The client understands that if they're paying via bank transfer and turn up to a session unpaid that their dog will not be allowed to go inside until payment has gone through.
  • The client understands that K9 Playtime reserves the right to cancel day care with as much notice as K9 Playtime can give.
