ABOUT THE ARTIST :
Mouhammad Zidan, a Syrian artist born in Aleppo in 1984, is renowned for his unique approach to art, blending mythology, literature, and religious themes.
A sculptor, painter, and director of the Art Academy Centre for Arts in Aleppo, he also teaches at the Faculty of Fine Arts, where he guides both beginner and advanced students in developing a strong artistic perspective. His teaching focuses on figurative art and a distinctive technique using basic materials, helping students express their creativity with simplicity and depth.
Zidan’s mastery of symbolism and abstraction and figurative makes his work resonate universally, and his accolades, including the Youth Festival Award and a gold medal at a Middle Eastern festival, highlight his significant impact in the art world.
