ScoPay Link Code Instructions - Year 7

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING

You are required to use a link code to set up your childs ScoPay account.

To retrieve the link code, you must enter the email address you used when registering and accepting your child's school place on the Buckinghamshire County Council portal (or similar).

If your email address is recognised, the link code and instructions will appear below.

If you have twins, then your link codes will be emailed to you directly.

Copy n paste the Pupil Link Code above to create your online account and follow these instructions:

Create Your Online Payment Account:

1.           Go to www.scopay.com/beaconsfield (you will be redirected when you click submit)

2. Choose to Register as a new user.

3.           Enter your Email address and a Password.

4.           Confirm the Password.

5.           Enter the Pupil Link Code provided above.

6.           Enter the rest of the billing details to match your credit or debit card and click on Confirm.

7.           Log on to your email account and click on the link to activate the account. Note, this will be the only time you will use the link code, the next time you will log in using your email address.

(If the email doesn’t appear in your Inbox, you should check your Junk Email folder).

Linking New Pupils/Siblings to an existing account:

If, on first login, any sibling accounts cannot be displayed, you will need to link the sibling accounts, as follows:

1.           At the top of the screen, click on menu.

2.           Click on Your Info and then Link accounts.

3.           Enter the Pupil link code for the sibling provided by school.

4.           Click on Link accounts.

5.           You will now be able to make payments for any linked pupil accounts.

You may register your childs ScoPay account now or download a copy of this page so that you may complete this later. Should you choose the latter the website address for ScoPay is https://www.scopay.com/beaconsfield. A copy of these instructions will also be emailed to you from 'noreply@jotform.com'.
