During your Pet(s) Stay
We feed all Rabbits and Guinea Pigs Burgess Excel pellets, Meadow/Timothy Hay and Greens. Any other dry food is provided by the owner for the stay.
We use fleece Blankets and Mats for your pet(s) comfort
We provide all bowls, water bottles, litter trays, toys and hides/shelters for comfort during your pet(s) stay.
Grooming & Nail Cutting
Professional grooming and nail cutting services are not included in your daily boarding charge. While we do not provide full grooming services, we are happy to offer maintenance grooming to help keep your pet's coat in good condition during their stay.
Please note that we do not offer nail cutting services unless it is deemed necessary for the welfare of your pet. We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with your vet nurse for nail cutting prior to boarding.
Rabbits
All Rabbits must have evidence of Vaccinations provided on checking in or scanned above on booking.
Vets & Emergencies & Pets with Health Conditions
1) All pets with medical conditions must be discussed prior to booking.
2) Pets with medical conditions must have had a recent veterinary review and arrive with all necessary medication. Dosages must be clearly indicated for our reference.
3) We do not charge for the administration of medication.
4) Pets exhibiting potentially contagious infections will not be accepted for boarding until confirmation is obtained from your registered veterinarian.
5) We are unable to accommodate rabbits diagnosed with 'bunny snuffles'.
6) Should a pet become ill while in our care, we will arrange transportation to a veterinary clinic. Whenever possible, we will liaise with your registered veterinarian; if this is not feasible, we will utilise our veterinary services, namely Nantwich Pet Hospital and Birch Heath Vets. You will be contacted as soon as possible regarding the situation.
7) The responsibility for all veterinary bills lies with the pet owner.
8) Rabbits diagnosed with gut stasis will be treated at a veterinary clinic; once stabilised, we will transport them back to Sleepy Hollow for continued care.
9) We will contact you at least twice daily should your pets experience health issues.
10) All pets must be eating before boarding.
11) We cannot accommodate rabbits in outdoor facilities if they are prone to dirty bottoms. If you have made a booking for outdoor accommodation, we strongly advise having your pets treated for fly strike.
12) Any pets arriving in an unacceptable health condition may be refused boarding.
Our Charges & Deposits
Our charges are per day. We charge per day as pick up times can vary, and change, ensuring all Pets cared for till check out.
A 25% Deposit is due on Booking to secure dates, we will request this once the Booking Form is received. A Booking is only secured once the Deposit is paid.
Ownership & Health
I confirm that I own the pet(s) on this form.
I assure Sleepy Hollow Small Pet Hotel that my pet(s) is currently in good health condition. Any medical conditions have been fully disclosed above.

Sleepy Hollow Small Pet Hotel is fully insured with Protectivity Business Insurance and details can be shared on request.
