The Taiwan lessons in your Tea Sommelier II curriculum use materials from the Tea and Beverage Research Station (TBRS) of Taiwan. After completing the course, you are eligible to take the assessments for the International Certificate of Taiwan Specialty Tea.

Official Certificate includes

• 12 hours of courses (your Tea Sommelier II curriculum)
• 2 hours of assessments
• A visit to 2 tea fields in Taiwan

As the assessments need to be arranged 2 months in advance, we'd like to know your interest and preferred examination location to plan the schedule, shipping, and study materials.

Types of Certificates

If you are unsure about visiting Taiwan in the future, you can also choose the Certificate of Training in the Netherlands.

Option A: No certificate
Option B – Certificate of Training: Take the assessments in the Netherlands.
Option C – Official Certificate: Take the assessments and visit 2 tea fields in Taiwan.

Assessment Fee

The assessment fee is approx. €85 (exclu. BTW) per person, including materials, tea samples, and the certificate. A minimum of 3 participants is required.

Option B requires an extra cost of shipment, approx. €10 per person.
Option C requires a travel to Taiwan.
