You are on duty as a guide, a member is griefing other members and is moving onto the next victim once ignored. No one is available to deal with the member so its up to you. Explain the steps you'd take to address the situation, and hopefully talk them down.

You're on duty as a guide and overwhelmed with 5 or more pm's, there is a user infront of you being annoying, requesting sex, jumping in your avatar and sending repeat dance requests. How would you handle this?

You're on duty and a member contacts you and asked if you want to F**K, in detail please explain how you would handle this situation:

A member approaches you asking why he/she and a friend are in the same region, but cannot see each other on the local list. Explain what may have happened, why and how to resolve it. (Note: It is not a glitch or an ignore issue.)
