    About the Role

    As an Associate Strategist, you will play a critical role in executing capital-raising strategies and supporting clients throughout the deal process. You will collaborate with Principal Strategists, Venture Partners, and Operations Specialists to manage investor outreach, prepare materials, and ensure successful deal closures. In addition to competitive success fee-based earnings, this role offers an equity ownership opportunity, providing long-term alignment with the firm's growth and success.     Client Engagement

    • Support Principal Strategists in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their business goals and funding needs.
    • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential investors.
      Maintain and update investor databases, tracking communication and feedback.
    • Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, financial summaries, and market analysis. Coordinate meetings and communications between clients and investors.
    • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure deals progress smoothly.
    • Work closely with Operations Specialists to set up and manage secure data rooms for due diligence. Coordinate with Venture Partners to leverage industry-specific insights

    Experience

    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a related field. 
    • Exposure to capital-raising processes or deal management is a strong plus.
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with a client-
    • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail. Proficiency in creating investor materials such as pitch decks and financial
    • Familiarity with venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystems is preferred. Understanding of financial metrics and deal structuring.
