About the Role
As a Venture Partner, you will serve as a key contributor to Remix Capital Group, leveraging your industry expertise, network, and strategic insights to facilitate capital raises and build relationships with investors and clients. Investor Network Development - Leverage your existing network to identify potential investors and strategic partners.
Facilitate introductions and actively engage in investor discussions to secure funding.
Industry Expertise - Provide domain-specific insights to inform deal strategy and optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with Principal and Associate Strategists on client engagements and investor matchmaking. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, helping to expand Remix Capital Group's portfolio.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on capital-raising strategies.
Equity Alignment
Participate in key strategic decisions and initiatives, contributing to the firm's long-term success.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, entrepreneurship, or a related field. Proven track record of facilitating or participating in successful capital
Extensive network of investors, industry experts, and potential clients. Strong relationships with venture capitalists, private equity firms, or high- net-worth individuals is a plus.
