About the Role
As a Principal Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in leading capital-raising engagements for clients, overseeing deal strategy, investor outreach, and closing processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients and investors, driving results while contributing to the growth of the firm. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals with a proven track record in capital raising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity. In addition to a performance-based success fee, you will receive equity ownership in Remix Capital Group, aligning your long-term success with the company's growth.
- Develop and execute tailored capital-raising strategies for clients, aligning with their business goals.
- Oversee the creation and refinement of investor-ready materials, including pitch decks and financial summaries.
- Leverage your network and Remix Capital Group's investor database to identify and engage high-value investors.
- Manage investor communications, negotiations, and relationship-building efforts to secure funding.
- Collaborate with Associate Strategists, Venture Partners, and Operations Specialists to execute deals efficiently.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice throughout the capital-raising process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully closing capital raises or similar
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structuring, and investor relations.
- Leadership and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Established network of investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals, is a strong plus.
