    It brings me immence joy that you feel the call to sit in circle. Women have been gathering in circles since the beginning of time, to share stories, gather knowledge, recharge and support one another. Circle gatherings offer a supportive space for women to come together, allowing an opportunity for the celebration of sacred rites-of-passage, to share in collective wisdom, and to join in peace and joy as sisters. 

    With gratitude, I ask that you please complete the following Client Registration at your earliest convenience. By initialling each section and electronically signing your name and the date upon completion, you are acknowledging that the information you have provided is true and correct. 

    Seasons of Womanhood respects your right to privacy and assures you that all answers are kept confidential unless otherwise required by law.

  • Babies in arms are also very welcome to join us in circle. As there will be open flames and boiling tea present (which have been difficult to navigate in the past with little people who are on the move), an age restriction of 6 months (or if crawling) is in place for a safety.

    Circle Agreements

  • In order to create a circle space facilitated with intention, there are certain aspects that must be followed to in order for all sisters to feel safe. All attendees must agree to:

    • Maintain confidentiality - what’s said in circle stays in circle;
    • Show respect for your fellow sisters and the sacredness of circle medicine - by ensuring that only one person speaks at a time so no one gets spoken over;
    • Keep their phone away from the circle (Only answering calls/texts in emergent circumstances, and leave the circle to do so);
    • Speak from the heart and be open to diverse points of view;
    • Listen with discernment instead of judgement for others/ourselves;
    • THIS IS NOT A SPACE FOR ADVICE, SUGGESTIONS OR FIXING - this does a disservice to the speaker as everyone has the ability to come to their own solutions;
    • Offer personal experience instead of advice;
    • Everyone is equal - we are all teachers and learners in circle;
    • Welcome and hold space for all emotions to flow - witness rather than react (eg. avoid touching/distracting emotional releases);
    • Above all else, be fully present throughout the circle - emotionally, physically and spiritually.

  • Upon completing this form and confirming payment, you acknowledge that this exchange is non-refundable, as a seat in circle is reserved just for you.

    If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, and it's more than 7 days before your selected circle date, I am happy to transfer your ticket to the next available circle. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled circle will not be transferrable. In this circumstance, I encourage you to pass your ticket on to another sister.

  • Upon completing this form and confirming payment, you acknowledge that the Wheel of the Year involves a series of [8] circles - celebrating the seasonal gateways of 2026. The series will be facilitated as a "closed container" meaning the sisters who join commit to journeying together across all eight circles, with no new participants joining as the year unfolds.

    Due to this, the exchange is non-refundable, and once the circle season commences (on February 1st), seats are also non-transferable. This is essential in allowing all sisters involved to build trust, deepen our connections, and be held within an intimate, devoted group over time.

    Should you decide after payment is made - but before the first circle begins - that you can no longer commit to all 8 circles, I encourage you to transfer your seat to another sister who may benefit from the magic of sitting in circle.

    If you are unable to attend a particular circle throughout the year due to extenuating circumstances, please get in contact ASAP. I will provide you with a printable PDF workbook with seasonal rituals, journal prompts, and a guided craft activity (supplies can be collected from my home upon arrangement). This will allow you to still celebrate the particular season we are circling through and keep up to date as the series progresses.

    A single ticket to attend a monthly full-Moon circle is $44.00, or $80.00 for two tickets if you are bringing a sister (prices include GST).

    A single ticket to attend a monthly "Village Prenatal" circle is $44.00, or $80.00 for two tickets if you are bringing a sister (prices include GST).

    You may choose to pay the booking fee of $100.00, or alternatively you can pay the full amount of $555.00 (prices include GST).

  • To make payment of the $555 for your seat in all [8] Wheel of the Year circles (price includes GST), you can choose from the following payment options:

    • Eventbrite ticket that has already been paid through the website

    • Pre-arranged payment plan* of either 4 monthly installments or 8 fortnightly installments set up through payment platform 'Stripe' (2.5% processing fees apply).

    *You will receive a separate email invoice from Stripe to set up your initial direct debit and then payments will automatically incur according to your chosen schedule. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until your first payment is received.
