  • IACT 2025 Conference Sponsorship Selection

    Thank you for choosing to be an IACT Vendor! Your contribution positively impacts our conference and its community! Please use this form to register for an IACT Sponsorship. All vendor sponsorships will receive recognition for their contributions at the event, in the conference program, and in the IACT newsletter. Attendee pricing before registration deadline: $550.00 for IACT members, $650.00 for non-members. Attendee pricing after registration deadline: $650.00 for IACT member, $750.00 for non-members. Vendor registration including one attendee and one table: $1300.00. Additional table: $1000.00.

  • Payment to be submitted through IACTonline.org

    This form will allow you to review your sponsorship tier options and select which tier/event you would like to sponsor. This selection will then be processed through IACTonline.org for payment. Each sponsored event is First Come, First Serve. Vendor attendee registration will be processed on IACTonline.org as well.

  • Each sponsored event will have a sign with your company logo in attendance. We will also have a PowerPoint presentation being played during breaks that will feature each sponsor based on their sponsorship tier. Please forward any marketing materials you would like displayed in the PowerPoint presentation to the Manufacturer's Liaison Committee.

    Sponsorships Include:

    Platinum Sponsorship ($5,000):

    • Sponsored Event Options: Welcome Reception, Welcome Reception Bar, Off-Site Event (TBA)
    • Powerpoint acknowledgement (5-7 advertising slides)
    • President's toast and acknowledgement of sponsorship during events
    • Large signage (2) at sponsored event
    • Printed ticket to sponsored event with logo
    • Sponsorship acknowledgement in Guidebook
    • Individual sponsorship recognition on IACT social media pages
    • Includes one attendee registration fee
    • 50% off additional table

    Gold Sponsorship ($2,500):

    • Sponsored Event Options: Main Conference Breaks
    • Powerpoint acknowledgement (3-4 advertising slides)
    • Signage (1) at sponsored events
    • Acknowledgement of sponsorship before/after event
    • Sponsorship acknowledgement in Guidebook
    • Individual sponsorship recognition on IACT social media pages

    Silver Sponsorship ($1000):

    • Sponsored Event Options: Workshop Breaks
    • Powerpoint acknowledgement (2 advertising slides)
    • Table signage at sponsored events
    • Sponsorship acknowledgement in Guidebook
    • Acknowledgement of sponsorship before/after event
    • Individual sponsorship recognition on IACT social media pages

    Bronze Sponsorship (Standard Vendor Tier; No Additional Sponsorship Fee): 

    • No sponsored event
    • Powerpoint acknowledgement (1 advertising slide)
    • Sponsorship acknowledgement in Guidebook
    • Group sponsorship recognition on IACT social media pages

     

    -Vendor Registration costs (One Attendee Registration + One Table, $1300.00) are separate from sponsorship costs. Vendor Registration costs will be charged to secure booth space at conference venue.
