    Every vendor package (except Food Truck) includes a 10’ x 10’ booth space, complete with 1 tent, 2 tables, and 2 chairs, providing a functional and welcoming setup for vendors. Additionally, vendors will receive a listing on AfriFest’s website and social media platforms, ensuring increased visibility and promotion.

                          • Terms and Conditions:

                            1. Vendors must arrive at least 2 hours before the event starts for setup.
                            2. All booths must remain open for the entire event duration (no early breakdowns).
                            3. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before leaving.
                            4. AfriFest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
                            5. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
                            6. To participate as a food vendor or food truck at AfriFest, vendors must meet all licensing and regulatory requirements set by the City of Cincinnati and ensure timely payment of all applicable fees. Vendors are required to obtain a valid Mobile Food Vending Unit (MFVU) License from the Cincinnati Fire Department (CFD) and, if applicable, a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) License for operations involving tents, temporary structures, or non-traditional mobile setups.
                            7. Additionally, vendors may be required to provide valid liability insurance coverage to ensure proper risk management. All submitted documentation and licenses will undergo review for accuracy and validity before final approval is granted. By meeting these requirements, vendors demonstrate compliance with city regulations and contribute to a safe and successful event experience at AfriFest.
