Holders of Golden Age/Access cards are offered a 50% discount on the first vehicle. A copy of a valid Golden Age/Access pass, both front and back, must be provided through upload with this application.

Applicants may register for passes for up to 2 additional vehicles at a discounted price of $25 each (maximum of 3 vehicles total).

All vehicles must be owned by the pass holder. Must validate ownership at the time of application by submitting DMV registrations with matching addresses.

TERMS OF USE / PLEASE READ CAREFULLY & INITIAL EACH TERM

1.) The Boating Access Pass permits the access of one vehicle or vehicle combination at any one time. Vehicle must display its own pass. Said vehicle(s) must be listed on this application and the registered owner must be the applicant. Copy of the registration for each vehicle must be submitted with this application. Applicant may register up to three (3) vehicles. Each vehicle must be identified by make, model, color, and license plate number.

2.) Boating area access will be obtained by the display of the window decal. The decal must be adhered to the inside, bottom right-hand corner of the front windshield (passenger side), of the vehicle assigned to that pass/decal.

3.) Annual Pass Holders agree to launch only their households personal watercraft. You may not launch multiple and/or un-owned watercrafts for the benefit of a friend, family member, or business. You can inquire about a commercial account by contacting our office. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT LAUNCHING OUTSIDE OF THESE GUIDELINES, FOR A BUSINESS OR SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF THIS APPLICABLE AGREEMENT, YOUR PASS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REVOKED AND POSSIBLE OTHER PENALTIES MAY APPLY.

4.) The Boating Area Access Pass (decal) is the property of Shasta Recreation Company (SRC). Applicant agrees that the decal issued to a designated vehicle will only be used in said vehicle. Applicant agrees that he/she will not loan, sell, or in any way assign to any other vehicle or person. Applicant agrees to notify Shasta Recreation Company if said vehicle is sold or otherwise disposed of by the applicant. Applicant must provide SRC with the original window decal to be eligible for a replacement.

5.) Applicant hereby agrees that the designated vehicle will be parked in a marked parking area or in other such designated zones in the boat launching area. Vehicles parked illegally or in such a way as to impede traffic or any vehicle left unattended on the boat launch ramp may be towed at the owner’s expense.

6.) Applicant hereby agrees that if conditions set forth above are violated, the Boating Area Access Pass will immediately be surrendered upon demand by SRC without refund. Applicant understands and agrees that SRC may refuse to issue further passes to persons from whom pass use has been revoked. Policy prohibits discrimination because of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, or handicapping conditions.

7.) Shasta Recreation Company is not responsible for accident or injury to any person or property resulting in use of this pass and is not responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. The user of this pass assumes full and complete responsibility for the conduct and action of all member in his/her party.
