If you are interested in participating in a short-term mission trip with the Church of Christ at Manor Woods, please read the following and sign in agreement of the terms:
*Participants must be ages 15+
*If for some reason a participant is unable to fulfill the commitment to go on the trip after airline tickets have been purchased. They will still be responsible for paying in full for ticket.
*Participants must adhere to rule outlined in the team covenant. Please read it before applying.
*Short-term mission trips can be rewarding and life-changing; however, they can also be stressful. Please consider physical, spiritual and emotion factors in your personal life that may distract and prohibit you from fully committing to the mission of the trip and adapting to unusual conditions.
*PASSPORTS MUST BE ACCEPTED BY APRIL 6TH AND A COPY OF IT TURNED INTO CHURCH OFFICE.
*Once accepted, team members MUST attend ALL team meetings:
March 2nd Brief Team Meeting
June 1st Team Member Retreat
June 15th Church Praying Over Us
*All trip costs are the team member's responsibility
*I will be responsible of attending all financial fundraisers that are required of me.

*Financial Guidleline Dates:
Deposit: $150 due by January 12
First Payment: $300 due by February 9
Second Payment: $400 due by April 20
Third Payment: $200 by May 4
Final Payment: $100 due by June 4
