  • TERMS OF SERVICE
    Please read the ToS below before submitting. 

  •  -- DISCLAIMER --

     

    • I have the right to decline my services as I see fit.

    • I may post your commission on my socials. 

      (Though, I will happily accept in not posting if requested.)

    • I will pick the forms at random, and will contact you through your given socials if chosen. 

      - I will choose these forms within the day of opening comms. You were probably not picked if a day or more has passed from when you had submitted your form.

  •  -PAYMENT-

    - Commission prices will be in USD, and payment is accepted either through Kofi OR Paypal.

    - The payment request will be sent once the rough sketch has been approved by the client.

    - The payment will be in full at the time of the request, NO negotations.


    -CANCELLING/REFUNDS-

    - I will not distribute refunds without any prior negotiations.

    - If you wish to cancel, please ask before payment has been made.

    - I will only give a partial refund (40%) if requested after the sketching phase.

     

    -COMMUNICATION-

    - I will communicate through Discord/Bluesky.

     

    -LIMITS-

    - There will be one free sketch revision allowed. Requesting more revisions beyond this will cost extra, depending on the complexity.

    - I will NOT draw characters that are under 18, or look awfully suspect of a child/teen. 

    - I can draw other's OCs, if you have their consent to do so.

    - I probably won't draw my OCs doing nefarious actions with other's OCs. Please discuss with me beforehand, as some characters are hard NOs.
