Approved events are:
- in person
- a puzzling social or competition
- open to all interested parties on a first-come, first-served basis
  - Having a max capacity is fine, but it should be available to any interested persons
Events that will not be approved
- virtual events
- puzzle swap and/or sell events
- events whose dates conflict with CJPA regional or national events
