Processing times:

Bundle deals/lace/uncustomized units: 10-15 business days

Preordered custom units: 14-30 business days

Byob or Wig Revamp Services: 5-7 business days

Ready to ship units: 3-5 business days

We do not work Saturday-Monday which means these days are not included in the processing time at any time.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All units are non-refundable once shipped unless there is a mistake on our behalf. You have up to 48 hours to cancel your order before our no refund policy is in FULL EFFECT. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DIGITAL PURCHASES/PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
By submitting your order, you also agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for your digital/physical purchase.

GrandLavish Hair Experience is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. We offer measurement kits on our website!

SHIPPING / ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 14-30 business days on all preordered units (this does not include weekends or Mondays). Due to processing and shipping, when placing a custom preorder, please be advised that all sales are final! Refunds are not accepted for preorders at any time! If units are ready to ship they will be dispatched within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping is 2-3 business days.
