Social Media Management Authorization
We prioritize account security by never requesting your personal login credentials.
Administrative Authorization: Clients shall authorize our designated corporate alias, “Anew Clark,” as a Page Administrator. This account is strictly monitored by our Project Manager and media team.
Content Standards: All content posted will be professional and brand-aligned. We do not create or share content that promotes hate, harassment, or violence.
Monitoring & Revocation: We recommend clients regularly review account activity to monitor our services. Either party (Better Your Business LLC or the Client) may revoke administrative authorization at any time. While notice is preferred, this ensures both parties maintain full control over their digital security.

To remove access go to your privacy settings and remove the alias account. Furthermore, we also have the ability and right to remove our access if needed.

Website Installment Plan Terms & Conditions

• A financing fee is included in my monthly installments.
• All payments made are non-refundable.
• Drafting of my website will begin once 50% of the total balance is paid.
• The website will not go live or be transferred until the balance is paid in full.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & INSTALLMENT FEES I acknowledge that the total cost of the selected website plan includes a financing convenience fee. By selecting a [4-Month/6-Month] term, I agree to the automatic recurring monthly installments as outlined in my selection.

WORKFLOW MILESTONES Better Your Business LLC will begin the internal drafting, wireframing, and design phase of the project only once the account balance reaches 50% of the total financed amount.

Project Completion (Launch): The website will remain on a private staging server and will not be published to a live domain or transferred to the client’s ownership until the balance is paid in full ($0.00 balance remaining).

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY All payments, including the initial deposit and subsequent installments, are strictly non-refundable. These funds are allocated toward administrative costs, platform seats, and design labor performed by Better Your Business LLC.

DEFAULT & CANCELLATION If an installment payment fails and is not resolved within 7 business days, project work will be suspended immediately.

ACCELERATED PAYMENTS The client reserves the right to make additional payments or pay off the remaining balance at any time to expedite the Drafting or Go-Live milestones.

User Authorization

By signing below, you understand that giving this person authorization to act on your Better Your Business account that you're allowing them to utilize the services authorized and that this may possibly cause low balances, exposure to business operations and impose on any existing agreements established with Better Your Business. By authorizing this user you're waiving all liability from Better Your Business LLC, that may arise and understand that we're not responsible for informing or relaying any actions taken by your user. To remove this user you will need to send a email requesting the removal and allow 1-3 business days to have this user fully removed from your account.
