Club Head Instructor Requirements

To maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism, your Head Instructor must hold the following accreditations, which must be provided to Australian Taekwondo:
- Current Working With Children Check (specific to your state/territory requirements)
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
- Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
- Completion of the Sport Integrity Australia Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction Course - Click here to complete
- Completion of the Play By The Rules Harassment and Discrimination Training - Click here to complete
- Kukkiwon Certification (4th Dan or higher)

What Happens Next?

When you click 'Submit' below, your Club Membership will be received by Australian Taekwondo - We will reach out to request any of the Club Head Instructor and Club Compliance documents which are still required for your Club.

Setting up your Club - We will now be setting up your New Club Portal in the National Membership System. Once this is ready, you will receive an email. You will use your Club Portal to register your members and much more!

Receive Your 2025 Insurance Document & Welcome Pack - Clubs that complete their Club Membership and meet both the Head Instructor and Club Compliance requirements will receive their 2025 Insurance Document starting from December 17, 2024.

Important Confirmation Email - Once your Club Membership is completed, you’ll receive an email with all the key information you need. We have made a dedicated Help & Support webpage for you here!
