Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of WOMAD Aotearoa and TAFT and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter:
Entrants must complete and submit this form to enter giveaway. Entries must be received by 5pm, 18th December 2024. One entry per person. Entries received after the competition period will not be eligible.
Prize:
As stated above. Festival dates are 14-16 March 2025. The prize does not include travel to and from Taranaki, or other expenses unless specifically stated. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items. Details regarding the delivery or collection of the prize will be provided to the winner once they have accepted the prize.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be selected at random on 5pm, 18th December and contacted via email/phone within 48 hours. The winner must respond within 3 days. If the winner does not respond within the specifified time, the WOMAD Aotearoa reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
General:
WOMAD Aotearoa reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any time without notice. The decision of the promoter in all matters relating to this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
