    This Preparatory Course and Certification Program Registration is applicable to Filipinos anywhere in the world or non-Filipinos currently based in the Philippines.

    The Certified Learning and Development Associate (CLDA) program is designed to provide aspiring L&D professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the key aspects of training and development in the workplace. Through 8 structured modules, participants will gain essential knowledge and practical skills in facilitating learning, assessing training needs, designing training programs, and fostering employee growth.

      TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

      1. The seat will be reserved upon payment of the prescribed fees stated in this Registration Form.

      2. Refunds will be honored if written notice of cancellation is received electronically prior to the start of the program: 20 days prior - Full refund; 15 days prior - 75% refund; 10 days prior - 50% refund; 5 days prior - No refund will be made. This is to cover incidental costs.

      3. International HR Institute reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change learning platforms and facilitators due to factors beyond our control and to ensure learning effectiveness. Only for IHRI-initiated cancellation of the batch can the seat be moved to the next batch, or full refunds will be given.

      4. Substitutions or batch transfers for individuals can be made up to one week prior to the training date.
