2025 Katie Hein Leadership Stipend Program Application

CEFMA is now accepting applications for the Katie Hein Leadership Stipend Program to attend the 2025 Annual Convention in Orlando.

Stipend funds will cover the following expenses to support members' attendance at the Convention:

Three (3) nights hotel accommodations at the World Marriott Resort (room & tax only)
2025 Convention registration

Applications will be evaluated based upon the information submitted, and stipends will be awarded with sensitivity toward balanced representation in a number of categories including, but not limited to, ethnicity, gender, division, past Convention attendance, length of membership, length of service within the collegiate events and facility industry, and financial need.

Applicants MUST be current dues-paying members of CEFMA in order to be considered.

Information on the 2025 Convention as it becomes available can be found HERE. CEFMA programming will begin late afternoon on Sunday, June 8 and will conclude midday on Wednesday, June 11.

The deadline to submit applications is Friday, January 17. Applications will be reviewed by the CEFMA leadership and recipients will be notified late January.
