Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Helluva European Dobermans, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time. APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: We will review applications within 2 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your home is a good fit for the puppy, we will notify you and then at that point, we will accept a deposit. Please make this deposit within 24 hours of receiving the approval. We only accept deposits when puppies are actually available. Deposit is non-refundable unless there is an issue with the health of the puppy prior to pick up. In this case, you will have the option of a refund or transfer of the deposit to a different puppy.

Please do not submit a form if you are not absolutely sure you want to bring one home and can afford it.

Deposits for pick of litter are $500 down and $500 at one week old(both amounts go towards the total price). Remainder is due at the time of pick up of the puppy at 8 weeks old. GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable time frame. Puppy needs to be picked up or shipped 8 weeks of age unless agreed upon by both Buyer and Breeder at the time of the deposit. We recommend a check up by your vet within 24 hours of pick up. We cover the puppy against parvo the first 48 hours only. CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to have everything in writing so there are no questions later. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to putting a deposit on a puppy. REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our puppies are sold as pets with limited AKC registration unless agreed upon by the breeder at the time of the deposit. The buyer understands and agrees that any puppy purchased with full AKC registration should have "von Helluva" as a prefix to their AKC registered name. The buyer also understands and agrees that a puppy sold with full AKC registration has been evaluated by the breeder as a show/breeding prospect but NO guarantee is being made as far as future breeding/showing ability.
