By partnering with R4 / R8, your group may benefit from logistical support, technology tools, supplies and resource matching, information sharing and dispatch coordination through our extensive network of grassroots organizations and community partners. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

By signing this document, I agree to the following terms as part of the R4, R8 and Mutual Aid Network:

• Respect for Autonomy
  Each partner retains full autonomy over their operations while aligning with the shared goals of the mutual aid network.
• Collaboration and Resource Sharing:
  I understand that this is a collaborative partnership and agree to share relevant resource information to ensure effective support and coordination.
• Use of Resources:
  I acknowledge that resources provided by WNCRR and R4 are intended for mutual aid purposes only and should not be used for personal or unrelated activities.
• Confidentiality:
  I agree to protect any sensitive information shared within the network and will not distribute private information outside the mutual aid network without prior approval.
• Indemnification and Liability Waiver:
  I release R4, WNCRR and their affiliates, staff, and volunteers from any liability related to the services, resources, or assistance provided.
  I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with disaster relief activities and accept full responsibility for my organization’s operations and decisions.
• Transparency and Accountability
  Both parties commit to clear communication and transparency regarding resource use, challenges, and outcomes.
• Termination of Participation
  Any party may terminate participation in the mutual aid network for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
