Call for Entry Guidelines

Submit up to 3 entries. Please note: submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Once you enter information for your first entry, a space will appear to enter information for a second entry, and then a third.

Dimensions should be provided in inches. For 2D pieces, provide Height x Length (example: 24" x 18"). For 3D pieces, provide Height x Length x Width (example: 10" x 10" x 8").
1 entry: $30 Member / $36 Non-Member
2 entries: $35 Member / $42 Non-Member
3 entries: $40 Member / $48 Non-Member

Submit one image for each 2D entry and up to two images for 3D entries. To submit more than one image for fiber entries, select "3D." Images must be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png. Minimum image size is 400 KB. Maximum image size is 12 MB. Please ensure that images are high-quality and ready for online viewing.

When determining the price for each piece, please include a 40% commision as a professional courtesty to WBCA.

Waiver:

Reasonable care will be taken in handling and displaying artwork, but no responsibility is assumed by White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) for loss or damage of any kind. Submission of work indicates acceptance of these conditions and agreement that digital or photographic images may be used for publicity purposes by WBCA, including on the WBCA website, social media, and printed materials.
- All selected artwork must be displayed in the gallery until the end of business hours on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
- If selected, artist agrees to pick up artwork on:
  Friday, March 28, 2025, 10:30 AM-2:30 PM
  Saturday, March 29, 2025, 10:30 AM-2:30 PM
  *A late fee of $15, plus $5 per week, will be assessed for any items not picked up by 2:30 PM on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
