The Mitchell Park and Rec are charging $10 per kid. Other fees will go to equipment, uniforms and costs associated with games and tournaments. The Groups will have a more structured practice on running bases, fielding, and hitting. We will have games against each other, other teams in the area as well as a few tournaments. It’s essential that parents are fully committed to ensuring their child attends practices, games and tournaments. Once schedules are set, it’s important for players to be present to be fair to their teammates and the opposing teams who dedicate time to play with us.

If registration will cause extreme financial bourden, please reachout to Jeremy as scholarships may be avaliable.

I understand that participation in the program involves the risk of injury. These risks include collision with other players, being hit by the ball, falling on the ground, running in to the fence, scratches, bruises, etc. I further understand that before participating I should consult a physician for advice. Bullying, calling names, or unsportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated, first time a warning is issued, second time the child will be removed for a week, third time the child will be removed from the team. Please read and sign waiver.

Our organization relies on parent participation to ensure the success of our team. It is a requirement for parents to be involved in supporting their child’s growth and success on the team.

There are many ways you can assist, including: supervising a station during practice, helping with dugout control and batting order, keeping stats at games, assisting with setup and teardown of equipment. You don’t need to have a background in baseball to make a meaningful contribution. The coaches will provide clear instructions on what needs to be done and how you can help.
