Cookies: organic coconut flour, chickpea flour, cage-free eggs, organic pumpkin, organic peanut butter
Colors: food dyes + natural powders (beet, turmeric, butterfly pea, spinach, etc). Each color Is hand-mixed meaning, no two colors will ever look the same.
We do not offer metallics.
We do not offer glitter.
We sometimes will use an edible marker for designs on cookies.
FROSTING/ICING
Standard Icing (used for cookies): Yogurt Powder, Tapioca Starch, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut Flour, Milk Solids, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Apple Pectin
Standard Frosting: milk solids, yogurt powder, tapioca starch, coconut milk powder, tapioca maltodextrin, coconut flour.
- Best for parties or displaying the cake for extended time esp outside
- Will dry stiff, meaning, it won't get damaged if accidentally bumped
Cream Cheese Frosting: cream cheese, lactose free milk, honey, organic non-fat greek yogurt
- Best for gender reveal cakes
- Softer, does not dry stiff - should be refridgerated.
- Frosting might crack with time
