Exhibitor fee includes one 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs,wastebasket, one electrical outlet and your company info will be included in the Summer Meeting promotional material and the onsite program. Your company name and website will be included on the registration platform. All exhibitors must place their electrical order at least two weeks in advance. No exhibit shall exceed its designated area. Internet access and other accessories are the responsibility of the exhibitor and can be ordered through The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. Booth prices start at $1,200.

Sip & Mingle – A Midday Mixer

Bring more traffic to your booth and make meaningful connections with attendees at the Sip & Mingle Midday Mixer! This engaging social event will take place in the exhibit hall at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 24- inviting attendees to stay an extra hour to enjoy refreshments and connect with you! As an exhibitor, this is your opportunity to maximize visibility and interaction with attendees in a relaxed, social setting.
