    • A “Qualifying Legalized Document” is a document that ONLY requires legalization through the Indiana Secretary of State.

      Documents that must also be processed through another U.S. state, the United States Department of State in Washington, D.C., and/or an Embassy or Consulate generally require an extended processing timeline.

      Depending on the document type and destination country, estimated turnaround times for these requests are typically 7–14 weeks.

      Please note that these processing delays are part of a nationwide turnaround timeframe and are outside of our control.

    • International shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country and carrier availability.

    • After we receive and review your Intake Form, we will contact you during normal business hours to clarify any details, answer questions, and provide a breakdown of applicable service fees.

      Once the details and fees are confirmed, we will send you a service agreement for signature along with an invoice for payment.
