  • U.S. Passport Requests: An original U.S. passport cannot be notarized or apostilled directly. If you need an apostilled copy of your passport, please provide the exact instructions from the receiving country or requesting authority so we can determine the appropriate certification and apostille process.

  • Processing Requirements & Timelines
    The required legalization process depends on the document type, where the document originated, and the destination country. We will review your request and determine the appropriate processing route.

    Documents requiring additional processing through another U.S. state, the U.S. Department of State, and/or an Embassy or Consulate will require additional processing time.

    Depending on the document type and destination country, processing may take approximately 7–14 weeks. Government processing times are outside of our control.

  • Expedited and same-day processing requests are subject to document eligibility, government office availability, and shipping carrier limitations.

  • All completed documents are reviewed for processing verification before being released or returned to the client.

    International shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country and carrier availability.

    After reviewing your request, we will contact you during normal business hours if additional information or clarification is needed and provide the applicable service fees.

    Once the service details and fees are confirmed, you will receive an invoice for payment. Processing, including any required notarization, will begin once payment has been received.
