Cancellation and Booking Fee Policy:
Booking Fee:
- A booking fee is required to secure your booking
- Booking fee's are non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your final tattoo
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your appointment by providing at least two weeks notice. 100% of your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment
- You may reschedule your appointment twice
  if less than two weeks notice is given then a new booking fee may be required to rebook.
Cancellation:
- If you cancel your appointment your booking fee will be forfeited
  no-shows or failure to attend your appointment without notice will also result in a forfeited booking fee.
  Late arrival:
- If you arrive more that 60 mins late to your session, you may be rescheduled or your session time adjusted.
Studio rights:
- Tom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, a new date will be arranged or your booking fee will be refunded.

Design and Artist Selection Policy:
Designs:

Designs are finalised and shared with you 24-48 hours before your first session. This allows time for minor adjustments or feedback prior to the appointment.

Major changes cannot be made on the day of the session, as this impacts the time in our session for preparation and tattooing.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to this design process and understand the importance of adhering to the timeline for a smooth and efficient session.

Selection:

PLEASE NOTE: Submitting this form does not guarantee that your designs will be selected. Tom is an artist who aims to focus on designs that align with his artistic style and expertise to provide the best possible results and a trust in your artist to have creative freedom is crucial. If your idea is not something that he feel suits his portfolio you will be informed and a recommendation of another artist who may be a better fit may be provided
