Policy Changes

The hourly rate at Five Star will increase to $185 per hour beginning 09/01/2023. Additionally, due to the fact that we have seen an uptick in late cancelled/no show appointments, all scheduled appointments will be required to make a deposit of 50% of the lowest estimated cost of your scheduled appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be moved to apply to a rescheduled appointment, as long as we receive at least 72 hours notice that you need to move the appointment. If for some reason this policy creates a huge barrier for you, we encourage you to reach out to see if we can help. We love all of our customers, and look forward to creating many more beatiful tattoos together.
