    REGISTRATION WINDOW EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 17TH, 2025! 

    CTA is offering a no-charge child care program at the 2025 New Educator Weekend - South. Child care is available to all 2025 New Educator Weekend - South attendees who are the primary caregivers of the child(ren) attending. Camp CTA is for children ages 6 months to 16 years. While you’re attending meetings, your children can enjoy their own Camp, organized by Jovie of Newport Beach, a national company specializing in childcare. Camp CTA is a complete morning to early evening entertainment program packed with activities.

    *To assure that your child has a place, please pre-register by Monday February 10, 2025. We will assume your child will attend during the hours registered. If your schedule changes, we need as much notice as possible. For registrations after Monday February 10, 2025 we will accomodate you as best we can, based on availability.

    Children participate in age appropriate activities, including arts and crafts projects and active games, in a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. The high ratio of caregiver to child (1:2 for children 6 months-12 months, 1:3 for children 13 months-2 years, 1:5 for children 3-5 years, and 1:8 for children 6-16 years) ensures campers receive lots of personal attention.

    Note: There will be a $20 per day no show fee for children registered who do not show up or cancel 24 hours in advance.

    Program will include afternoon snacks and juice, program entertainment, and craft materials. If preordered through registration, CTA will provide dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday, for the registered children. Note: There is a $10 charge per meal. Parents can request meals and provide payment information through registration. Meals and no-show fees will be pre-charged during registration and no-show fees will be refunded after the conference, after attendance confirmation. Meals will be charged for no shows unless cancelled 24 hours prior. If parents do not want to pay for meals, they can send/bring meals.

    If children are feeling sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, or are showing COVID-19 symptoms, they cannot attend the program and should notify Camp CTA/Jovie Nannies + Sitters.

    I/we, the undersigned parent(s)/guardian(s), in consideration of Jovie Nannies + Sitters (“Jovie”) providing the children’s activity programs for our child(ren)/ward(s), at the Camp CTA (“The Client”) event in Burlingame, CA from Friday, February 21, 2025 – Sunday, February 23, 2025 as designated below, do for myself/ourselves, my/our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release and discharge Jovie and the Client, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind of nature whatsoever, which may arise from my/our child(ren)’s presence in the children’s activity programs except for gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Jovie’s officers, directors, employees, or agents.


    Furthermore, I/we agree to indemnify and to hold Jovie and the Client harmless against loss from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, that may hereafter be made or brought by my/our child(ren)/ward(s) or by anyone on his/her/their behalf and I/we waive any and all rights of exemption under any federal and/or state laws against such claims. I/We authorize the Client and Jovie to use my child’s name and video or photograph at any time and in any manner in connection with its advertising, publicity, and public relations program. The video/photo may only be used by the Client or Jovie. No further claims will be made by me/us. Jovie staff is present to assure the safety and well being of all program participants. All participants are expected to respect themselves, other people and their property. The Client and Jovie are not responsible for acts caused by the willful misconduct of the youth. I/We hereby recognize and accept Jovie’s policies.

    PLEASE NOTE: Children who have fever or any communicable disease will not be accepted in the Camp CTA Program.

    I/We have read the above and understand this release. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency, Jovie or the Client has our permission to administer first aid or obtain emergency medical treatment in our child’s best interest. We agree to pay all expenses incurred due to an emergency involving our child. I/We agree that a fax or photocopy of my/our signature(s) on this form shall be deemed original and shall not affect the validify of this form.

    *You will be required to sign a mandatory Event Care Release Waiver form on site before your child will be allowed into the program.
