Teams must include two or more members with an Alabama license under the same brokerage. Licensee can only be a member of one (1) team. If the team status or members change, please submit a Team Change Form found in BR Documents within three (3) business days.

The following words or similar words suggesting the team or group is a separate real estate brokerage or companty are not allowed in the team name.

ALL TEAM NAMES MUST INCLUDE THE WORD TEAM OR GROUP.
