I {name} acknowledge that the behavior of dogs, cats, or other animals can be unpredictable and carries with it certain risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, or other injuries to both the person and property.  I recognize and accept this risk and waive the right to bring any legal claims against Secondhand Hounds dba The Bond Between and Children's Minnesota, including its directors, officers, agents, and employees from any damages or injuries that may result from my participation in the puppy party.

I understand that by signing this document, I am waiving important legal rights,  I have signed this document voluntarily and knowingly.
