LATE POLICY: Any client that arrives 15 minutes or more late to their appointment must reschedule. This allows the artist to stay on time for their appointments for the rest of the day. If you are running less than 15 minutes behind please contact the artist so they may plan accordingly.

CHILDREN POLICY: No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the establishment unless they are receiving services.

CANCELLATIONS: I understand life happens! If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, I ask that you do so with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your original service price. NO CALL NO SHOW will result in a charge of 100% of the missed appointment before being ankle to rebook in the future.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are due at the time of booking, this will be credited to the full price of the tattoo. Deposits may be transferred one time upon a rescheduled appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled for a second time a new deposit will be required and the original deposit will be forfeited. If an appointment is canceled with 24 hours of original time, or client no shows, the deposit is also forfeit. A new deposit will be required in order to book another appointment. DEPOSITS WILL ONLY BE HELD FOR 90 DAYS. If appointments are not held or rescheduled within 90 days the deposit is forfeit.

REFUNDS: There will be no refunds given at anytime. If for any reason, I am unsatisfied with my services, I will voice my concerns with my artist and they will attempt to rectify the situation as they feel is appropriate.

TATTOO DESIGNS: Tattoo designs will be shared with the client no sooner than the day of the appointment. There will be time scheduled for each guest to accommodate minor changes at the beginning of the appointment. In the event that major changes need to be made, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
